Auto configured pipelines

You just neeed to configure the input files and some basic parameters. Intermediate files and parameters need to run the pipeline will be generated automatically.

This feature is available for the following pipelines,
- Artic C Pipeline
- Consensus Generation Pipeline

Manually configure each pipeline

This feature enables you to configure each tool manually. You can use the GUI mode to configure the most used parameters and if you want to further tweak the tool we have provided a Terminal mode which is similar to linux terminal

Run any sub tool

Eventhough we have provided the GUI mode for a limited number of sub tools, you can run any sub tool using the Terminal mode

For samtools we have provided the GUI mode only for samtools index and samtools sort, but if you want to run samtools merge sub tool you can use the terminal mode

Real-time sequence analysis (alpha phase)

You can use the MinIT mode along with F5N Server to do Real-time methylation calling on nanopore sequencing batch datasets
